What is this plant?

I have this plant growing all over my garden. It has soft fuzzy leaves that are almost blue in color and it makes these purplish flowers that are so intense
they almost hurt my eyes to look at. They are almost flourescent.

The picture really can't capture how beautiful this plant is.
Does anyone know what it is and if it has any kind of medicinal value?

It looks like a variety of moonflower / morning glory.

ETA: the leaves look wrong though...

It sure is! I just looked it up and I saw a video where she gives some of it's uses.
