The socialist roots and utopian dreams of Eliphas Lévi

Post by Diana »

The Thinker's Garden, a truly lovely website, has an article on Eliphas Lévi which I enjoyed from the first to the last word and will be rereading it in more depth later.

I'm sharing it with you here because I think there will by many who would be interested.

Rumi was asked “which music sound is haram?” Rumi replied, "The sound of tablespoons playing in the pots of the rich, which are heard by the ears of the poor and hungry." (haram means forbidden)
