Starting tomorrow, the homestretch, the final countdown, the end of the road for 2020,

I'm storing up energy today (well it's already evening here) and looking forward to seeing 2020 to the door.

This deck just arrived today from Italy.

My nerves feel a bit on edge today. No reason. Okay, some people are being a little annoying (not here) but I know they don't mean to be. I think I need to go for a walk.

I just drew this:

What a cool image of the Empress.
it feels very realistic to me.

Typically we see the Empress in a position of soft power. This one looks like the world isn't cooperating so much. But she remains poised.
I think people, women especially, fancy themselves the Empress. I use one from my own deck as my avatar!

But it is kind of a joke because the world rarely sees us the way we would like it to.
So, I will summon the Empress in my head and remain poised and lovely despite what feels like a general disregard for my time and effort.
To be honest, I know it isn't intentional and my biggest battle is just with myself.
