Updated Forum Protocol

Hi everybody!

I just made an addition to the forum's Protocol page to address a specific issue of the old "hit-n-run" that happens with new members sometimes.

The idea is to address a few forum specific things mostly for people who may be new to forums.

I added a link to it in the welcome message that every new member gets when they sign up, and encourage them to take a minute to familiarise themselves with it.

I like to keep it simple, but if there is something you think really needs to be added let me know.

I assume most people understand basic politeness and we have been so lucky here to have had very few issues.
The general vibe around here is the biggest factor in keeping things going smoothly and I thank you all so much for that.
